Delivery/Shipping:

We send our product all over New Zealand and every parcel is sent with our local courier Aramex.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been picked up by our courier and is on it’s way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

We are very grateful for every order purchased via our online store and offer complimentary shipping on orders over $75.

For orders under $75 we have a subsidised flat rate courier fee of $6.50 nationwide to all residential addresses and a flat subsidised rate of $12.50 for all rural address throughout NZ.

We dispatch online orders on a Tuesday and Thursday. If you need your order urgently, please email us at social@kingdomnz.com

We love gift wrapping and handwriting a personal note and offer both of these additions complimentary. If you need gift wrapping, a hand written note, or specific delivery instructions you will find a special instructions box below your cart before checkout. Just pop in your requests and we will take care of the rest! We also offer a greeting card option with a handwritten note at a cost of $2.

Once your order is on it’s way you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so that you are able to monitor it’s progress. If you have not received this please email us.

Once you receive your package please check your order to make sure everything has arrived safely, undamaged and is exactly as you hoped. If there are any discrepancies or damages, please reach out to us at social@kingdomnz.com within 7 business days.

If you have any last minute requests or changes to your order once it has been placed please email us straight away and be sure to include your order number. We would be happy to make any changes as long as the order hasn’t already left our studio. Once it leaves our studio we are unable to make any changes.

Our local courier’s standard delivery time from date of dispatch is typically 1-3 business days, please allow a couple of extra days for rural deliveries. If your parcel has not arrived within this timeframe please contact us and we will trace it’s whereabouts for you. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

Returns:

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final.

No returns or exchanges on any product are accepted unless the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

Please email us at social@kingdomnz.com with your order number and photos of any damaged or faulty items within 7 days of the purchase.
